Refunds and cancellations - Classes
Unfortunately, class fees cannot be refunded. While we strive for 100% reliability, unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, sickness, or venue issues may occur. In the event of a teacher's absence, we will make every effort to find a replacement or offer an extra session. However, if classes are cancelled due to events beyond our control, refunds will not be provided unless at our discretion.
Refunds and cancellations - Events / Retreat Bookings

Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise the full session fee will be charged.

Any travel, accommodation, or related expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that Ciara Palmer must cancel due to illness or emergency, all payments received will be refunded.

Private 1:1 Lessons
Access
Ciara Palmer Yin Yoga & Qigong requires all 1:1 lessons to be booked and paid for in advance. Please contact me directly to book a lesson:
